Once you are ready to move forward and have locked in your chosen support plan (i.e. monthly recurring hours, as needed support package or pre-packaged program) then a member of our special team of online business managers will reach out to schedule your free ‘Next Steps’ call. This ‘Next Steps’ call is created to get your implementation plan started in a focused and clear way. You will connect with your new online business manager, establish your work flow and have the opportunity to begin sending over priority tasks.
Your support services begin immediatly and your dedicated online business manager will be responsible for completing your projects. At the end of every week you will receive an update/status which includes what projects have been completed, what projects your online business manager is currently working on and how many hours you have used that week as well as to date. An advance-of-time package is a discounted monthly recurring subscription that is automatically charged every 30 days. All our clients are important to us and we make sure that our services include a high level of customer service but our advance-of-time package partners are considered our DIAMOND clients and their projects are taken with first priority. *We are closed during most national holidays. For appointments and projects outside of our business hours please let us know ahead of time. Projects outside of business hours, during holidays and emergency services are available for an extra fee.
